Fiamma Awning Won T Close Completely

Hi our fiamma f45i awning was not closing at the end opposite the winding mechanism.

The uprights do not line up with the supports and so i can not snap it shut. Anyhow i wrote fiamma and got some help from them in adjusting the awning to better close. It was nearly an inch from closing in the end above the door and then the other end would stick when opening it. May 18th 2018.

I have before been able to grab the arm as my wife is letting it close and pull it over enough to get it to line up but this morning i was trying to get it done in the rain.

Now the problem with the improper retraction of the awning is that there may be more than one scenario why the manual awning won t retract. When i crank it in the front latches nice and snug but the rear always just kind of hangs out. With that i got it within maybe 1 4 or so of closing. To secure the awning you will first need to go to the roof of the rv.
