Tech put in new 3 n 1 relay yesterday and 24 hours later the freezer is not cold enough. First you need to turn the cold control completely off or try unplugging the fridge. When the freezer door is opened the freezer door switch does two things. I opened inside rear of freezer and found top 4 or so of coils frozen with ice.

The force of one side closing sometimes pops the other door slightly ajar which can increase the temperature inside the refrigerator and the likelihood of spoilage. If the door switch fails the dispenser will not turn on. If the refrigerator doors are opened too frequently or too long allows warm air to enter the product and therefore causes it to run more often.
